Originally scheduled for completion in late 2026, the project faced unforeseen delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as announced by the Ministry of Defence (Mindef) and Ministry of National Development (MND) in a recent media release on September 6.

Additionally, the Defence Science and Technology Agency received an impressive total of 13 submissions from six companies during the open tender period, which ran from October 14, 2022, to January 19, 2023.
Furthermore, Expand Construction’s past projects, including the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade and Esplanade Waterfront Theatre, showcase their expertise and commitment to excellence.
