Trail mix is a great thing for energy and protein. All you have to do is throw a few raisins, peanuts and chex mix together and go. Quick, easy, can be carried in a baggie and full of protein and fiber.
Grilled cheese

Quick and you get a serving of milk and bread all in one sandwich. It is easily carried anywhere with you.
PB&J sandwich

Peanut butter is good for protein and will help you feel more full during the morning hours.
Yogurt

Yogurt has been made very accessible in the last few years. It even comes in a go pack for your kids. Just through some fruit in it for a different flavor.

Throw some cheese in between two burrito shells and there is breakfast. You can add some eggs and meat if you like, but it can still be portable to eat on the run.

These can be made in a matter of minutes. With anything you have on hand. A little fruit with some yogurt mix in the blender and go. You can put this in a throw away cup for less mess.

This is a homemade version of pop tarts, except much healthier. Just take two slices of bread, remove the crust and place a thin layer of jelly on each slice. Use a fork to pinch both edges together and place in a toaster. Quick and easy.

Muffins

Muffins can be mixed up quickly and throw in the oven while you get dressed. Then all you have to do is grab them out of the pan and off you go. You can either make them from scratch or buy small pouches ready to mix up. Either way it is a quick and easy breakfast.
Morning milkshakes

Morning milkshakes

These are very easy to make. You will need some milk, honey, peanut butter and frozen bananas. Now fresh bananas can be used but throw in some ice to thicken the mixture up. You can use other ingredients besides peanut butter and bananas. Just use your imagination and try a few combinations.
