Chinese News Daily Lianhe Zaobao reported that a 35-year-old woman and a one-month-old baby were found at the foot of a HDB block on Thursday (29 Oct).
The incident was said to have taken place at Block 81 Bedok North Road at around 5.40pm.
According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), they received a call for assistance at 5.50 pm. The woman and baby were found lying motionless, and were pronounced dead at the scene by the paramedics.
The police are investigating the unnatural death.
