  4. Contact from Adoption Counsellor: If we shortlist you, an Adoption Counsellor will contact you within 2 weeks to discuss the suitability of the chosen dog for your family.

  5. Viewing and Bonding: You should arrange a viewing and bonding session with the dog, during which we will assess interaction.

  6. Conducting Home Assessment: If the interaction is positive and you want to adopt, we will require photos and videos of your home to evaluate its security and suitability. We might recommend changes.

  7. Preparing for Arrival: We will email you a list of items to prepare before the dog arrives, along with advice on food, accessories, training, etc.

  8. Undergoing Homestay Period: Adult dogs will undergo a 2-week homestay period. You will sign a Homestay Agreement, and an Adoption Counsellor will provide guidance. Puppies won’t have a homestay period.

  9. Receiving Homestay Guidance: Throughout the 2-week homestay, your Adoption Counsellor will maintain communication, guide you, and address your queries.

  10. Proceeding with Adoption: When the homestay period ends, if you’re ready to proceed, we will send you an Adoption Agreement to sign, along with the adoption fee.

  11. Applying for Dog Licence: As part of the adoption process, you must apply for a Dog Licence.
