A mother has got to do what she’s got to do to earn money; that’s all well and fine, but if parents were to leave their children alone while they at work, there has to be someone there to look after their children.
A lot of things can go wrong to an unsupervised child, take this 2-year-old girl for an instance. When a fire broke out of their apartment in Brooklyn, Kaleenah Muldrow was helpless and alone with no one to save her.
Firefighters only spotted her after the fire had been extinguished and it was too late.

Meanwhile, her mother Leila Aquinowas was nowhere to be found because she was out working. When she returned, she saw only the charred remains of the building.
Reports by the local police revealed that Kaleenah’s remains were discovered under a scorched bed which investigators believe she used to shield herself against the flames.
A spokesperson from the New York City Police Department told reporters that 20-year-old Leila was charged with reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
Other sources claim that Leila worked as an exotic dancer, and that she had been employed by a New York City gentleman’s club.
Working or single mothers have options to make sure that, even when they’re away working, their children are taken care off.
Relatives are some of the most reliable babysitters; they know you personally, and they understand your situation better than anyone.
But babysitters and nannies can also fit the bill—just make sure that they’re trustworthy enough to be left with the responsibility of caring for your child.
