Trusted and loved by generations, Tai Sun, Singapore’s heritage brand offering quality nuts and chips to local and international consumers around the region, marks its 55th anniversary with a series of exciting plans lined up to commemorate its heritage, people and achievements.

As a homegrown company, Tai Sun, will be celebrating this milestone by honouring local crafts through collaborations with prominent tastemakers; award-winning celebrity, Jeanette Aw, multi-award-winning chef, Janice Wong and Supermama, a local design and lifestyle goods brand.

As part of the year-long celebration, Tai Sun will also be unveiling two new product launches from August.

‘Nut’ Your Average Mid-Autumn Festival with Janice Wong

A company born and bred in Singapore, Tai Sun believes in supporting local talents and businesses. As part of its efforts to promote the support and demand for local products, Tai Sun is working with Chef Janice Wong, Singapore’s multi-award-winning pastry chef to bring a limited-edition snowskin mooncake box set to consumers this Mid-Autumn Festival.

Known for her signature edible artworks, and modern, creative take on desserts including traditional baked mooncakes, Chef Janice will be featuring a variety of dried fruits and nuts from Nature’s Wonders for the first time in her mooncakes.

Customers get to enjoy a selection of four delicious snowskin mooncakes packed with Nature’s Wonders premium nuts and dried fruits. The flavours are: Yuzu Cranberry, Mung Bean Pecan Pistachio, Coconut Pecan Baked Almond and Gula Melaka Macadamia.

Goodness in Everything – Company of Good

Tai Sun has commissioned Jeanette Aw, renowned celebrity and pâtissière, to design a commemorative plate, inspired by Tai Sun’s heritage.

A total of 200 pieces of limited-edition plates designed and signed by Jeanette Aw will be available for sale on Supermama Store from October 2021.

Channelling its brand ethos of “Goodness in Everything”, Tai Sun continues to do good by giving back to society. All proceeds from the sale will be donated to Autism Association Singapore.

Exciting New Offerings

Come August and September, Tai Sun will also be launching several symbolic updates to its sub-brands. Consumers can look forward to a fresh combination of Nature’s Wonders premium nut mixes and an all-new packaging for its premium nuts range extension.

In addition, the potato chips brand, Treatz, will also be reintroduced with new tasty flavours packaged in a whole new look! More details on the products will be announced closer to the launch.
