Walk-in vaccine appointments are now available for elderly above 60 years old.
Prime Minister Lee addressed the nation about the Covid-19 situation in Singapore and shared some important updates on vaccination of children and expecting mothers.
"I am grateful for his support and friendship through the years," PM Lee said.
The President has agreed to have the Nomination Day on 30 June, with the minimum of nine days to campaign before Cooling-off Day on 9 July. Polling Day will be on 10 July, which will be a public holiday.
The Prime Minister further stressed the importance of avoiding physical contact as this is how the virus spreads.
"There are baseline things that we must get used to, like practising good personal hygiene, adopting new social norms and discouraging large gatherings, and generally, maintaining some physical distance from one another," Mr Lee said.
