What you need:
700g prawns
50g chopped garlic
10g shredded old ginger
10 shredded red chilli

1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp light soy sauce

A dash of pepper
A dash of sesame oil
3 tbsp evaporated milk

3 egg whites
What you do:
1. Wash and de-vein prawns, then put on a dish
2. Combine salt, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, evaporated milk and egg whites together. Pour this seasoning over the prawns
3. Top with garlic, ginger, red chilli and spring onion
4. Microwave on high power for 10 minutes
