‘Start Small Dream Big’ in Singapore (SSDB) was initiated by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) to encourage pre-schools to create platforms for children to give back to the community. It was first launched as part of SG50 and the 15th anniversary of President’s Challenge, as an annual series of fund-raising and volunteer activities.

NTUC First Campus’ (NFC) My First Skool (MFS) at Blk 208B Punggol Place “Start Small Dream Big” (SSDB) project for year 2019 is titled “#JomFUNraisingRaya @MFSPC4!”.

This year, the centre partnered with Al-Islah Mosque for a day of fund-raising activities in conjunction with the festival of Hari Raya Aidilfitri – held at the centre and its surrounding premises.

Funds raised were donated to needy families in Punggol as a part of Al-Islah Mosque’s “Blessings in Harmony” donation drive.

With the theme “Caring for the Community”, the project serves to build and establish strong partnerships with the community through acts of charity and for the MFS children to learn and gain more knowledge.
