Circles.Life, the fastest growing telco in the region, firmly believes that home ownership should be more inclusive and less divisive in today’s modern society. Singapore, where Circles.Life is headquartered, has one of the highest home ownership rates thanks to the successful public housing scheme under the Housing Development Board. However, despite the generous housing grants and allowances, there remain groups of people in the community that require additional support to own a home with the family they choose.
Staying true to its mission of giving power back to consumers, Circles.Life rolled out the Homes for Diversity & Belonging Lottery which allows them to extend their support with their first and largest-ever cash lottery of S$20,000 to be given to a family in Singapore. About 400 participants took part in the lottery which ended on 20 April. The winner was announced on Circles.Life Instagram and Facebook today.
The winner, a 31-year-old single mother of three young children, is an example of people who are left out of the mainstream system and would greatly benefit from additional support in their challenging situations.
“As a mother, all I ever wanted is to give my children a stable and safe home to grow up in. I am comforted to be one step closer to my dream of having a place we can call our own with the S$20,000 lottery prize. Thank you Circles.Life for organizing this lottery that embraces and accepts all types of families, especially individuals who are in a similar predicament like myself.” said the 31-year-old winner of the Homes for Diversity & Belonging Lottery.

Some lost their jobs and struggled to put food on the table, some were not supported by their own family, some cramped up in their rented flat, others fell sick and needed more aid. In addition to the S$20,000 cash prize, Circles.Life will also be giving out two SIM cards from the Family Plan, fully paid for three months, to all eligible participants of the Homes for Diversity & Belonging Lottery as a consolation prize.

The lottery was rolled out as part of Circles.Life’s new product launch, the Family Plan, a mobile data sharing plan that allows customers to choose the family that they want to share telco benefits with.
