They say that you can tell a lot of a family just by looking at their fridge. So, what does your fridge say about your household?

We’ve asked 4 local mums to give us a sneak peek into theirs. And we’re loving what we’re seeing.

From stored expressed milk to frozen meat and… beer… here’s what their fridges hold!

#1 Roshni

Roshni is a new mummy to gorgeous baby girl, about three months old

Roshni has filled her fridge up to the very last square centimetre! She has a separate freezer for breastmilk so that explains why there isn’t much milk in this fridge. Also, is that a Kit-Kat bar I see? Well mummies deserve it after a long day, don’t we?

#2 Smriti

Smriti is working mummy and she lets us in on what her amazing helper prepares for her kids!

Breakfast, lunch, dinner – her helper has got it covered (and brownie points for the top-class presentation!). So it’s safe to assume that Smriti’s fridge is filled with VERY healthy options.

Jacqueline is a working mother and has a cute little 2-year-old girl

Here, we can see that this household really is eating healthy! I mean, mine doesn’t store yoghurt, Yakult, juices and fruits all at the same time, sadly.

#4 Rosvinder

Rosvinder shows us her freezer- and we see a lot of liquid in there!

Rosvinder’s fridge really caters to everyone in the family, and for every purpose! Milk for newborn, Yakult for mummy and tonic water for … daddy? She candidly shares, “We’re on a liquid diet!”
