This represents a 0.6% increase compared to the previous year’s results.

Consistent Performance Across the Board

The 2023 O-Level results also showed consistent performance in other areas. A total of 23,462 candidates, representing 99.8 per cent of the cohort, scored at least one pass, while 22,732 candidates, or 96.7 per cent, scored at least three passes. These figures are a testament to the dedication and commitment of our students and their teachers, and comparable to the performances in previous years.

Exploring Future Opportunities: The Joint Admissions Exercise

With the release of the 2023 O-Level results, students can now begin their journey towards further education. The joint admissions exercise (JAE) allows students to apply for admission to junior colleges, Millennia Institute, polytechnics, and the Institute of Technical Education. The application period for JAE has already commenced and will continue until 4pm on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024.
