The womb usually heals almost completely by about 3 to 4 months after your c-section. So theoretically, you can start to try again after that. However it might actually make sense, under normal circumstances, to give yourself a year, so that you have time to recharge. In other words, to allow your body to prepare itself for the next pregnancy, and also allow you to have some parenting time and also some time to spend with your newborn.
