Police Appeals For Information On Whereabouts Of 15-year-old Missing Since 11 March

Anyone with information on the missing girl's whereabouts is requested to contact the Police immediately.

The Police are on the watch-out for a girl missing since 11 March. The missing girl from Sengkang was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt and blue denim shorts.

Missing girl from Sengkang 

The 15-year-old girl, who has been identified as Puteri Nur Herlysha Binte Mohammad Adam, was last seen at Blk 121A Edgedale Plains on Mar. 11, at about 9:45 am.

The Police are appealing to the public for any information on her whereabouts.

Please contact the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 or do an online submission via the Police portal, here, if you, or anyone you know, may have any details with regard to the child. All information received will be kept strictly confidential.

This is the second girl who has been reported missing in Sengkang, over the past month. 

 

What steps can I take if my child goes missing:

Don't hesitate to take immediate action. Contrary to what is being portrayed in the movies, you DO NOT have to wait for 12, or 24, hours to report a missing person.

You can lodge a Missing Person's report at any police service counter, as soon as you realize your child has lost contact with his/her family. 

Make sure you have the following personal details ready to help the Police in their search for your child: 

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Distinguishing birthmarks or features that can help the police identify the child quickly (e.g. unique features such as through moles, spectacles, braces etc)
  • A clear, recent photo of the child
  • When you first noticed your child was missing
  • The clothing he/she was wearing

Additionally, you may also approach the Facebook page Singapore Missing People. that functions as a portal to facilitate looking out for missing persons, through their wide network of members who can act as watchful eyes and help bring your child back home safely.
