#1 Lime Restaurant, PARKROYAL On Pickering
Lime Restaurant's afternoon tea, Tiers Of Joy, Tea, is the most perfect way to spend your afternoons. Catch up with your best friend (with the kiddos) over a refreshing pot of tea and a sweet symphony of macarons, raisin scones and earl grey brownies paired with savoury finger sandwiches. A treat you simply cannot miss!

#2 House at Dempsey
Since 2010, House has been sweetening up Thursday and Friday afternoons with their popular Vintage High Tea spread. They have now, to our delight, crafted a brand new menu! Indulge in a variety of delectable morsels, served buffet style at every seating. Definitely a great spot for you to enjoy a high tea date with your baby- the ambience says it all. Mummies will keep going back for the fusion delicacies like Sweet Potato Leaf Fried Rice and Phad Thai.

Their premium tea lounge boasts an elegant chi-chi ambience with a comprehensive medley of artisanal tea selections for all occasions.

Comprising over 10 beautifully-crafted treats, including a selection of petite sandwiches, pastries and cakes, as well as warm scones accompanied with homemade jam, Devonshire clotted cream and lemon curd, the Afternoon Tea experience is enhanced with a pairing of fine teas by TWG. What's a tai tai high tea without a three-tier stand? Not much fun, we say! Tiffin Room at Raffles Place is well aware of this, and they don't disappoint. With their wide selection of sandwiches and cakes you'll be spoilt for choice. Go mncy with salmon and cream cheese finger sandwiches or keep it simple with scones, jam and clotted cream. They even have a special menu available if you have dairy or gluten dietary requirements.

Known as the 'place for elegant teatime pursuits', we can't think of a better place for you to feel all sorts of posh when you dine here. On the weekends, the English Afternoon Tea Buffet even comes with a well-deserved glass of champagne - a toast to another week completed!

An alfresco setting, a huge garden and a kids club - we felt Cafe Melba certainly made it on this list. Its alfresco setting makes it perfect for big hats and sundresses, which we feel are all the making of a perfect tai tai's day out! Especially so if you're a tai tai with a baby in tow. Every Monday kids eat free (with the purchase of a main) and Cafe Melba even sets up a bouncy castle and arts & crafts corner to entertain the kiddos!
