Colonial Club

Nasi Lemak Tower

Savour Colonial Club’s dishes and pay tribute to the nation’s diversity with two heritage dishes – chicken rice and nasi lemak.

A new take on the dish, the Colonial Club Chicken Rice is a type of crispy roasted chicken flavoured with black pepper and topped with crunchy garlic and onion with chilli flakes for a fragrant finish. It is also basted with oil before being served along with a bowl of fragrant rice.

Dip the crispy roast chicken into a trio of sauces to kick up the indulgence: homemade signature chilli, green chilli and garlic sauces.

In addition, instead of the usual chicken wing, Colonial Club’s rendition of  the Nasi Lemak Tower calls for premium short rib rendang, which is cooked for many hours.

From 9 to 31 August 2018, guests can enjoy S$5.30 off one of the two dishes for every table.
