How are you honouring that special woman in your life this Mother's Day? Whether she is your mother or the mother of your children, here are some ideas for you to consider.

1) Goodwood Park Hotel – Min Jiang

Dim Sum Buffet – include a selection of premium dim sum from traditional trolleys, a la carte dishes and specialty desserts.
Date: 7 to 8 May 2011
Time: 11.00 to 17.00hrs (three seatings)
Price: S$42.80++ & S$52.80++ per person (min. 2 persons)

Lunch and Dinner Set Menus – include longevity buns, camphor tea smoked duck, Min Jiang trio platter, crispy fried quail, braised sliced abalone with sea cucumber and seasonal vegetables, braised thread noodles with pig trotters and chilled bird’s nest with hashima.

Lunch: 11.00 to 14.30hrs
Dinner: 18.00 to 22.30hrs

Lunch: 12.00 to 14.30hrs (weekdays)

Price: from $68++ per person

A la carte all-you-can-eat lunch
Date: 8 May 2011
Time: 11.30 to 14.30hrs
Price: $68++ per adult – All mothers receive a serving of bird’s nest dessert per table and all adults enjoy a piece of bird’s nest egg tart (with compliments)/
$38++ per child (between 6 to 12 years of age)
