LKY: THE EXPERIENCE Zones
LKY: THE EXPERIENCE is designed as a three-story, 17,000 square-feet interactive journey that takes visitors through Lee Kuan Yew’s life, from his early days as a child to his role as a husband, student, and, most notably, a statesman.
A Glimpse into Lee Kuan Yew’s Personal Side
The journey begins on a heartwarming note with a free showcase featuring 100 stories collected from people from all walks of life who have been touched by Mr. Lee’s legacy. From his tailor and security detail to actors who’ve portrayed him on screen, this showcase provides an intimate look at his personal side beyond the realm of politics.
Zone 1: “The Moments”
The first zone on Level 1, “The Moments,” lets visitors delve into Lee Kuan Yew’s cherished childhood memories, his formative years, his role as a devoted husband, and the pivotal moments that moulded his political views.
Zone 2: “The Beliefs”
Level 2, “The Beliefs,” offers themed rooms with gamified experiences inspired by Lee Kuan Yew’s ideas and values. Test your agility and reflexes on an obstacle course, discover your inner grit, and slide down a whimsical rainbow, embodying his iconic quote, “follow that rainbow, go ride it.”
Zone 3: “The Unwritten”

Our firsthand experience at LKY: THE EXPERIENCE was delightful. Children were engrossed in the history, interactive features, and games, especially taking time to explore Mr. Lee’s childhood. They even had the chance to stand on a podium and reenact a historic moment in Singapore’s history, watching themselves on a TV screen.
Ticketing Details
LKY: THE EXPERIENCE is open from October 6 to December 31, 2023, with tickets available exclusively on Pelago. Admission is $18 per ticket, and senior citizens aged 65 and above receive a 20% discount. Children aged 12 and below can enjoy the experience for free when accompanied by one paying adult.
