Situated on Level 1 of the City Hall Wing, the Keppel Centre is a welcoming space for families and school groups. Thanks to the generous support of Keppel, admission is free, ensuring that art education is accessible to all. Pre-booking is encouraged to enhance the visitor experience, especially during peak periods like school holidays. The Centre offers multiple time slots throughout the day, from 10:00 am to 6:45 pm. Additionally, during the Light to Night Festival 2024, a special evening slot is extended until 8:15 pm on select dates.
