Located on level 1 of Wonderfull food court within Sakae Building, Buffet Paradise Steamboat and Barbeque Buffet is a unique concept restaurant that beckons with an air of welcoming grace and relaxed charm. With a seating capacity of 80, an alfresco dining alternative awaits the diner, at the outdoor terrace. Revel in its inimitable charm, as it astounds with an alluring ambience and an enticing menu of over 40 items. Featuring innovative gastronomic delights of the favourites and delights of what one would expect and beyond from a normal steamboat and barbecue buffet!
Upon seating, every diner will be served a welcome sampler platter consisting of Green-lipped Mussels, Fish-shaped Surimi, Flower Cheese Tofu, Lobster Balls, Toman Fish Slices, Mock Abalone Slices, Sambal Lala in Mini Aluminium Pan, Squid Roll, 4 types of marinated meat, a Basket of Garden Greens and 2 types of Assorted Noodles, which are all available in the chiller as well.
Featuring a resplendent buffet spread with a condiments counter, there are 6 types of marinated chicken and pork in House Signature Marinade and Mala with a choice of Shabu Shabu Pork Collor and Beef Slices included. Fresh seafood is something not to be missed and we have 5 types including Hotate (Scallop), Lala, Mussels, Squid Roll, Fresh Toman Fish Slices and 2 types of different prawns – Vannamei Cooked Prawns with classic sweet shrimp taste and raw Deshelled Butterfly Prawns.
Accompanied by varieties of crisp Garden Greens, Mushrooms, Surimi, Kyoto Yuba (soft beancurd sheets), Carbohydrates and Ice-creams to end your feast on a sweet note.
Beer lovers rejoice as to what is better than having an ice-cold beer to wash down the hot and smoky feast. Free-flow of Hoegaarden Wit-Blanche Original Beer and Beck’s Pilsner at only $15nett and for the non-alcohol drinkers, icy cold fruity cordials are included.
