Kou Teppan is a new 68-seat omakase restaurant located at Great World’s basement level. This restaurant offers a unique dual teppanyaki experience with two teppans (iron plate grills). Diners can choose seats at a live teppanyaki counter for an up-close view of their food being cooked.
The restaurant is helmed by Chef Sawada Ko, a Kansai native formerly from Itoh Dining by Nobu in Hakone. The Bank is a retro-style burger bar hidden along Craig Road, and its entrance is disguised behind a faux ATM. Run by the team behind the famous Burger restaurant in Amoy Street, The Bank offers a no-frills menu with three types of burgers and craft beers on rotation.
You can enjoy the Signature cheeseburger, a fried buttermilk chicken burger, or a grilled portobello burger, all at reasonable prices.
3. Aniba

Ume San 100 is a unique ramen bar by day and umeshu bar by night, hidden behind a cluster of vending machines at Fortune Centre. This 40-seater izakaya offers an extensive collection of over 100 types of umeshu beverages.
During the day, you can enjoy delicious ramen bowls and fusion Lok Lok Oden. In the evening, try the Umeshu Tasting Set with your choice of three types of umeshu.
5. Synthesis
