Calling all sportsmen and sportswomen to-be! Singapore’s largest and newest kid’s attraction, KidZania Singapore, has launched its kid-sized Stadium located within the indoor city.

The stadium was officially opened by a legendary football player
Tottenham Hotspur’s legendary former captain and England international defender, Ledley King actually made a surprise visit to the Stadium as part of AIA’s long-term partnership with Spurs. He was joined by AIA Singapore (AIA) and KidZania Singapore at the official opening.
14 young aspiring footballers from VOX @ Singapore Children’s Society, who is KidZania Singapore’s Corporate Social Responsibility Partner, and Special Olympics Singapore also got the chance to meet the legendary player. Ledley was also seen refereeing a friendly unified match among the youths from both charities at the Stadium.
Your little athletes have fun, while learning important values
KidZania Singapore’s Mayor and General Manager, Leong Yue Weng, said: “Having a Stadium allows us to provide a host of benefits to kids beyond their physical health, including communication skills, social skills, goal-setting and more.”
The stadium was launched with the aim of encouraging parents and their kids to bond through sports. Following KidZania;’s edutainment theme, kids will develop skills and sporting values such as discipline, team work, and perseverance, as well as presentation skills through the various role-play activities.

Exciting roles for everyone, even the mummies and daddies!
Kids can take on a friendly challenge with other kids as a Telematch Participant or a Football Player. They can also take the role of a cheerleader, or a Sports Commentator Assistant. Parents can take the role of the Spectator, and support your child in the field.
