Here are the steps on getting your refund:

1. Send your Name, Contact Number, Copy of Invoice, Application Form & Feedback Form (given upon purchase) to bshg.sales@bshg.com or fax it to 6356 9747.
2. Upon receipt, Bosch will inform Harvey Norman of the refund within 3 working days of the details for collection of the dishwasher.
3. A return note will be given to the customer upon collection of the dishwasher – customer will have to bring the return note & the original invoice to the Harvey Norman outlet of purchase to get the full refund.
