Who is your Game of Thrones dad?
Mace Tyrell
Your father is Mace Tyrell. Mace was once a handsome man who has since let himself go. He fancies himself as a great warrior, but sadly his victories were due to his bannermen. While considered an oaf by most people, including his mother, Mace is nonetheless a devoted father and an ambitious man who wishes only the best for his daughter.
Ned Stark
Eddard Stark, or Ned to his friends and family, is known for his unwavering sense of honor and justice. His family considers him kind, although some consider his reserved personality a sign of coldness and disdain. He is fiercely loyal to a fault.
Tywin Lannister
Tywin is a calculating, intelligent, politically astute, ruthless, and controlling man. He dedicates his life and efforts towards maintaining the Lannisters’ prestige, and ensuring House Lannister is respected, or at least feared. He is a proven battle commander and politician, and has a very powerful presence combined with an intimidating gaze.
Robert Baratheon
During his younger days, Robert Baratheon was a charismatic and fearsome military commander and a formidable warrior, shown by his famous defeat of Rhaegar Targaryen on the Trident. He had a fondness for strong drinks, women, tourneys and for extravagant parties. People often commented derogatorily that he was a drunken fool, and failed sometimes to see past his powerful temper- though, admittedly Robert proved to be a poor peacetime ruler.
Roose Bolton
Roose Bolton is cautious, intelligent, ruthless, and easily capable of unspeakable cruelty. He has a very calm and calculating personality, never publicly expressing anger, happiness, or sadness. Despite his ruthlessness, Roose appears to follow a code of honor, to a certain degree, since he frequently opposes the needless, cruel deeds performed by Ramsay and his men, and outright shoots down Ramsay’s suggestion to murder Jon Snow.
Craster
According to Ygritte, Craster is the son of a ranger of the Night’s Watch by a wildling woman from White Tree. After the ranger slept with the woman and got her pregnant, he abandoned her and returned to the Wall. She came to Castle Black and attempted to give Craster to the Watch when he was a child, but was driven off by the rangers instead.
Although Craster is a wildling, the other wildlings mistrust and despise him for marrying his own daughters, which is considered a taboo even among the wildlings. Ygritte disdainfully told Jon that “Craster’s more your kind than ours. Craster’s blood is black, and he bears a heavy curse”.
Stannis Baratheon
Stannis is a serious, stubborn, rarely-forgiving, hard man with a strong sense of duty and justice. He is an accomplished commander, sailor, and warrior, with no thirst for battle, commanding from the rear. He has never had the affection of nobles or smallfolk alike. In his adult life, he is increasingly embittered by the lack of affection he receives from his older brother, Robert, even though he serves Robert as well as he can.
Walder Frey
Walder Frey is shown to be an arrogant, domineering, lecherous, tyrannical, and ruthless man who possesses no shame. He openly admits how little he thinks of the oaths he swears to other houses due to his strategic position, which he uses to extort hefty tolls in exchange for his allegiance, and shows a willingness to switch sides if he thinks it will benefit him more. Walder may see to it that his numerous descendants, trueborn and baseborn alike, are provided for but only to further assert his own position as long as he is still living. Despite his advanced age, however, Walder shows little thought or concern for what happens to his house after he dies because like other characters, namely Cersei Lannister and Ramsay Bolton, he is extremely self-centered, not fully considering the long-term consequences of his actions.
Balon Greyjoy
Despite his spectacular defeat in his failed uprising, Balon Greyjoy was shown to be a stubborn, unyielding man. Although he was not nearly as rigid as Tywin Lannister as shown by the warm reception he gave his daughter Yara, whom he has turned into a surrogate son, he still refused to show any outward signs of emotion when his son Theon confronted him with the truth about how his unflagging adherence to the Old Way led to the deaths of his two elder sons and his last one becoming a hostage to House Stark. His hatred for the Starks was so great that he planned to attack the North while Robb was away, despite Theon’s warning that one way or another, if they do so, they will eventually be thrown out, whether Robb wins and retakes the North, or if the Lannisters win and throw the Greyjoys out.
