Make your new year wishes on bell charms

MARINA BAY SINGAPORE COUNTDOWN (31 December)
Pen your New Year wishes on wishing spheres at various wishing stations.
The 20,000 wishing spheres will later be set afloat in Marina Bay to form a spectacular visual arts display.
