Orange Pineapple Tarts: Pineapple tarts are Fann’s most favourite Chinese New Year goodie! For this rendition, the tangy pineapple jam is layered with French orange candied peels, which not only lend a sweetness but also a delightful chewiness. The filling is encased in a melt-in-your-mouth pastry that is made with premium French butter. Each tub comes with 12 pieces.
Brown Butter Almond Nibs: Another guilty pleasure of Fann is cookies. Coming with irresistible almond nibs, these crunchy cookies are shaped like ingots for an auspicious touch. The butter is browned, which contributes a rich nutty profile. To enjoy it as Fann would, pair it with a cup of Earl Grey tea. Each set comes with 10 pieces.
Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake: When it comes to desserts, Fann can never pass up the lemon or blueberry offerings whenever she is dining out at restaurants.
