Ellen’s DJ, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, is no stranger to the limelight. Having been a part of “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Dancing With The Stars”, and currently the DJ on Ellen, he talks about his work, his family, and how his life changed after having kids.

tWitch tells us that his work-life balance is a constant work in progress.

He tells us that he and his wife are both busy chasing their dreams, and they also teach during the weekends. However, they don't let their busy week stop them from spending quality time with their family. They also want to introduce their kids to the work that they do, so it's always a constant work in progress in trying to balance everything out.

tWitch is married to Allison Holker, who was also on "So You Think You Can Dance". She's also a dancer on "Dancing With The Stars".

When asked about date nights, tWitch said: “You gotta find time to reconnect. And I love reconnecting with my wife. We go out, watch movies, and sometimes we just drive and just talk and just have a good time”. Though, he adds "But the funny thing about it is even when we're out, we're still talking about the kids".

"Social life. What is that?"

Here's what tWitch has to say about his social life: "My social life is at the house. If you want to hang with me, come to the house, cause i don’t go anywhere". It just goes to regardless of how much success tWitch gets, his family is still the most important thing in his life.
