If feasting while watching fireworks is your kind of fun, head straight to 1-Altitude. As part of the restaurant’s new Saturday dinner programme, diners who intend to catch the fireworks can choose from either the six-course Constellations menu (S$130++ per person) or eight-course Antipodes menu (S$190++ per person). Ending each meal is a Dessert Art visual extravaganza, constructed table side by group pastry chef Jasmin Chew.
Setting the stage for the gastronomic journey is a breath-taking view of the city’s dazzling displays of celebratory pyrotechnics, that will make for a magical and memorable dining experience.

CÉ LA VI Singapore
In celebration of Singapore’s 52nd birthday, enjoy CÉ LA VI Head Chef Joey Sergentakis’s specially curated National Day Menu, and a special day-to-night Majulah National Day Fiesta festivities.
CÉ LA VI restaurant’s presents a five-course Modern-Asian National Day Menu featuring a selection of bold, zesty appetisers, the freshest sea and land produce, and delectable desserts.
At the Club Lounge, the Majulah National Day Fiesta will have “Live Station” games like Pick-up Sticks and Old Maid Cards and Face Painting, alongside the one-day only BBQ and Modern Classics menu.
Local dishes on offer include barbecued satays like the Ayam Lilit with tomato sambal, Pork Collar with CÉ LA VI’s signature spiced peanut sauce, and Grilled Black Shrimp in Balinese Spices accompanied with fresh green mango sambal.
The Modern classics menu features CÉ LA VI’s take on quintessential local dishes, resulting in unique creations such as theRojak Salad with sweet, sour, and spicy fruits, and crushed peanuts, and the Crab Meat Nasi Goreng with poached eggs and a pop of calamansi.
Whilst undertaking in the celebration for Singapore’s birthday, cocktail lovers can get in the patriotic mood with the Singapore Sling promotion, with two Slings for just $40++, available all of August.
The indelible five-course Modern-Asian National Day Menu is available at $198++ per guest on National Day (9th August), and $168++ per guest from 5th to 8th August and 10th to 13th August, with the option of bespoke wine pairing at $128++ per guest for drink seekers.

This National Day, Edge will be presenting traditional dishes in a new light with their Heritage Dinner buffet. From 4-9 August, items like otak otak fried rice, white salmon tandoori will be making an appearance alongside perennial favourites like Singapore chilli crab (with deep-fried mantous of course), Nyonya king prawn laksa and the signature nandu crab biryani.
The buffet -inclusive of free-flow local beverages, coffee, and tea – will go for $88 for adults and $44 for children.

Not to be left behind, Me@OUE, Singapore’s only restaurant serving Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines, has planned a National Day bash of it's own! From 5.30pm to 8.30pm, expect a gorgeous buffet ($188/pax) complete with live roast stations, sushi counters, a live oyster bar and a selection of canapes and desserts. Expect iconic hawker dishes such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Laksa, Hokkien Noodles, Bak Kut Teh with Fried Dough Fritters, Grilled Satay Skewers, Roti Prata with Vegetable Curry and more to make an appearance in the feast.
The spread will also feature fresh seafood on ice, a dedicated Japanese selection of sashimi and sushi, a salad and appetiser bar, a live pasta station and a carving station featuring roasts such as Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Beef and Barbecued Pork Ribs.
