Yay! Long weekend is almost here, and an Easter one at that! Check out our list of what’s cooking and happening in town for Easter weekend 2017 in Singapore!

1. Easter Sunday dining at Lewin Terrace

Japanese-French fusion restaurant Lewin Terrace, is offering a special Easter day offering on 16 April 2017, available in the form of 4-course and 5-course set menus, and a 3-course kids menu.

Expect a modern interpretation of the perennial classic, Devilled Eggs, elevated by Chef de Cuisine Hiroyuki Shinkai, as he showcases dishes like sea bream, grilled lamb and foie gras saute imbued with Japanese-French culinary techniques.

The 3-course kids menu will feature a specially-crafted Omurice, which children will find to resemble an Easter bunny!

2. Food and play @ Cafe Melba

Cafe Melba have a fun-filled three day lineup (14-16 April) with yummy food specials (for both adults and little ones), and loads of free activities to keep the kiddos busy throughout the long weekend, which includes bouncy castle, Easter colouring, and their famous Easter egg hunt, every day at 10am & 4pm.

3. Easter special at PARKROYAL on Pickering

This Easter Sunday, 16 April 2017, a sumptuous buffet awaits you at Lime Restaurant at ParkRoyal between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. Highlights include the 65°C Sous-vide Egg with Asparagus, Lobster, Albufera Emulsion, Roasted Beef Prime Ribs, Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Crispy Pancetta Ham, Quail Egg and Port Wine, Baked Rock Salt Crusted Whole Salmon and Alaskan King Crab Remoulade, Avocado and Sea Urchin.

Not to mention chocolates, and an array of sweet treats and flavoured Roasted Marshmallows!

Lots for the little ones as well. At the Easter Kiddy Corner, they can get their faces painted, walk away with sculpted balloons, and jump around on the bouncy castles. There will also be plenty of photo opportunities with their lovable Easter Bunny at a special GIF Photobooth.

5. Brez’n celebrates Easter

From 15 March till Easter Sunday, 16 April, Brez’n, Singapore’s authentic Bavarian restaurant, will mark its first Easter with a wholesome, warm and inviting rustic menu prepared for families gathering to celebrate the end of lent season and to give thanks.

On Easter Sunday, 16 April, Brez’n will share its Bavarian warmth by treating each child to a free meal with every adult meal ordered.

For the grown-ups, one of the highlights of the hearty menu is the Easter Platter. 6. Have fun at the Singapore Philatelic Museum

This Easter Sunday on 16 April 2017, the Singapore Philatelic Museum is opening its doors for a fun-filled day. Expect egg painting demonstrations, craft activities, stage performances, and an art, beauty and culture exhibition.
