Singapore’s largest Hot-Egg Balloon Gachapon, 100 larger-than-life egg installations and complimentary child admission headline this year’s Easter Eggs-travaganza at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, returning from 14 March to 12 April 2026 just in time for the school holidays.

For the first time, the annual event extends across the entire precinct from Bird Paradise and Mandai Wildlife West to the eastern cluster with activities at Curiosity Cove and Singapore Zoo, offering families even more ways to join in the fun.

A Digital Easter Eggs-ploration Invites Visitors to Tackle Five Interactive Quests

At Bird Paradise, guests can join the Ranger Buddies Eggs-pedition, a lively egg hunt across the park’s aviaries with mascots Al and Min, collecting coloured Easter eggs to complete a bingo card and earn rewards.

A digital Easter Eggs-ploration invites visitors to tackle five interactive quests, with activities continuing at Curiosity Cove and Singapore Zoo’s KidzWorld where young explorers can embark on the Ranger Buddies Eggs-citing Stamp Rally. Following clues and solving riddles, participants help reunite a newly hatched chick with its parents in a story-driven experience.

Completing these Easter adventures unlocks a spin at Singapore’s largest Hot Egg Balloon Gachapon – a towering seven-metre spectacle at Mandai Wildlife West that doubles as a sure-win prize machine.

Prizes include overnight stays at Colugo Camp and Mandai Rainforest Treehouse at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, GoPro HERO cameras, Cadbury treats, or Becky Bunny bucket hats and Treasures for Life: Becky and the Great Outdoors storybooks from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), and more.

Visitors with Friends of Mandai memberships may redeem an additional spin with a minimum spend of S$50 in a single, same-day receipt at retail shops and participating eateries at Bird Paradise and Singapore Zoo.

Visitors can also take part in a bonus egg hunt by counting the Cadbury eggs hidden around Bird Paradise and submitting the correct number via the Mandai App for a chance to win Cadbury chocolates.

For the first time, Easter-themed enrichment activities will also be introduced for Bird Paradise’s avian residents. Guests can observe species such as the Gentoo penguins, scarlet macaws and Papuan hornbills interacting with specially prepared treats and activities, designed to encourage natural behaviours while keeping them mentally and physically engaged.

Adding to the Easter celebrations are 100 larger-than-life egg installations scattered all around Bird Paradise featuring designs by artists from The Animal Project, a local social enterprise that celebrates the creativity of artists with special needs.

The artworks spotlight avian species found at the park, including the great hornbill, yellow-naped Amazon parrot and southern cassowary. Visitors can also catch live drawing sessions by the artists at Egg Splash on 14 March and 4 April 2026, from 2pm to 4pm.

With activities happening across both the eastern and western clusters, visitors can explore the precinct via shuttle buses or the new sheltered walking and cycling path linking Mandai Wildlife East and Mandai Wildlife West. Guests can set off on the Easter Eggs Discovery Trail along this route, spotting and counting hidden eggs as they go.

On select weekends, visitors may also enjoy a leisurely e-trishaw ride along the path piloted by active seniors from charity organisation Cycling Without Age Singapore.

Each ride offers a chance to connect across generations and celebrate these inspiring elders as they stay active and engaged with the community.

Those who correctly count the number of eggs on the Easter Eggs Discovery Trail via e-trishaw will receive a complimentary McDonald’s ice cream voucher at Mandai Wildlife West, for redemption at the outlet outside Curiosity Cove.

Tickets

To sweeten the celebrations, children enjoy complimentary admission to Bird Paradise with every full-paying adult, along with retail and F&B vouchers worth up to $10 in total. Terms and conditions apply.

This promotion is available to WildPass holders who purchase tickets between 9 March and 12 April 2026, for visits during Easter Egg-stravaganza from 14 March to 12 April 2026.

Over at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, guests staying over the long Easter weekend from 3 April to 5 April 2026 can enjoy a mini Easter egg hunt in their Family Room find the hidden egg to unlock a spin at the Hot-Egg Balloon Gachapon. The celebrations continue across the resort’s restaurants.

Forage will feature its first Easter Roast, while Planter’s Shed hosts an Easter Sunday gourmet buffet, complete with kid-friendly activities and complimentary dining for children under 12 years old.
