Looking for a one-stop family fun site? It has to be East Coast Park. Located off the East Coast Parkway, the beach and landscaped terrains make East Coast Park a weekend favorite for Singaporeans.

The largest, longest and one of the most popular parks in Singapore, with shaded parkland, extensive walkways, a 12 km cycling track and a 15km jogging track.
Recreational and leisure options include picnics (separate picnic areas), scooters, bowling, cycling, windsurfing, canoeing, roller-blading, fishing, bird watching, canoeing, kite-flying or just chilling out. Fitness equipment, tennis courts, landscaped ponds, reflexology footpaths, bowling alleys, holiday chalets and camp sites.

Work up a sweat on the bike or on rollerblades, readily available for hire. If that’s not your cup of tea, there’s always the bowling alley, golf driving range, tennis complexes, a watersports centre and the East Coast Sailing Centre. And don’t forget to end your day with a lip-smacking feast of chili crab at a seafood restaurant by the beach!
The East Coast Seafood Centre has some of the best seafood restaurants on the island. There is also a Food Centre near the Sailing Club, fast food (McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken), vending machines and refreshment kiosks for drinks and snacks, restaurants and a hawker centre as well as 80 BBQ pits.

Getting there:
A taxi from Orchard Road, or take SBS Transit bus 16 and alight at Marine Terrace. Then use the underpass to cross the ECP expressway. Or take bus 401 to East Coast Park Service Road (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays only)
