When you comment on “heatiness” in your child, I presume you are referring to an increased metabolism.

Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and Vitamin C are known to increase metabolism. These vitamins can be obtained from one’s diet and are required to maintain the child’s metabolism so that it is high enough for proper growth and development.

So if the child was born with medical condition that affects his/her metabolic rate and activities, it is important to ensure that his/her metabolic rate is boosted up for proper growth and development.

However, if the child is already achieving the required metabolism level, the excess metabolism will be dissipated safely as other forms of energy. Therefore, it is unlikely that moderately excess vitamins will cause discomfort to the child.
