With Ava turning one in November, we decided it was time for us to makeover her room.
When we first moved to our home, Ava’s room was a guest room for my parents and friends. We chose a latte shade for the walls and kept other elements in the room neutral in grey and earth tones.
While preparing for Ava’s arrival, we replaced the bed with a baby cot, set up a corner for changing diapers and left the walls in latte.

Painting with Dulux Wash and Wear
We were impressed at the speed the painters worked when they arrived on the day of painting. They assisted in moving of the furniture, and took extreme care in protecting the remaining furniture and items in the room with plastic sheets. The floor was also covered with carpet to avoid any stains.

Being parents, we (maybe just me, not Daddy Darren) have grown to have a higher tolerance towards stained tables, floors and walls.
