A short profile on the chefs:
With over 20 years of experience, Chef Eric Teo’s achievements in the industry have been recognized with a host of awards and accolades. He is also a well-recognized TV celebrity chef. Chef Eric is now the Culinary Advisor of his own firm, ET Culinary Arts.
Chef Eric Neo brings with him over 17 years of culinary and catering experiences across varied cuisines, restaurants and hotels. He is now the Executive Chef at InterContinental Singapore.
With over 29 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Louis has gained numerous awards, culinary medals and recognition from both local and international held competitions. He is now the Executive Chef at The Tanglin Club Singapore.
Chef Daisy comes with a wealth of 18 years in the culinary industry, and has appeared in several write ups in newspapers and magazines. She was also featured in the “I Cook For You”show produced by Mediacorp Productions. She is now the Culinary Training/Consultant, at her own firm, the GatherPlace LLP.
