For the first time in a long time, everyone’s favorite Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie sat down for a joint interview to talk about health, marriage, and their first film project together in a decade.

The pair last shared the screen together in 2005’s ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’; it was during the filming of this action flick where their love story began.

Though theirs was a whirlwind romance at first, time and trials proved that what Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had was a rock solid relationship for keeps.

In their upcoming film ‘By the Sea’, they portray a couple whose marriage is disintegrating. The opposite can be said of the two stars, though. They remain solid and steady throughout everything.

In 2013, Angelina got a double mastectomy as a preventive measure against breast cancer. She lost her mother eight years ago to the disease.

And just this year, after the doctor told her she was showing signs of increased risk for ovarian cancer, she had both her ovaries removed as well.

Brad standing by her through these surgeries deepened their bond.

Many fans expressed their admiration for Angelina who took such brave steps to ensure that she will still be around to see their six kids: Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, nine, and seven-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, grow up.

Aside from the rare Today interview, Brangelina also shared intimate black-and-white photos with W Magazine.
