Check out Bollywood Veggies in Singapore!

Right in our own backyard is a farm that supplies home-grown, organic vegetables - Bollywood Veggies.

Mainly a farm which grows organic fresh-produce, Bollywood veggies is situated amidst the rustic splendor of the Kranji countryside.

In addition to being a great introduction for kids to farms, you can buy the organically grown vegetables, pots of herbs and medicinal plants, have a lovely meal at the Bistro, fish at their pond or just stroll about on the farm.

Bollywood Veggies specialise in fruit vegetables such as ladies fingers, long beans, cucumbers, bitter gourds, and is the largest producer of bananas and papayas in Singapore. They also grow uncommon medicinal trees and herbs, as well as lotus roots.

They also claim to produce the spiciest chilli padi on the island!

If you are going by car:

  • Travel along PIE heading towards Tuas.
  • Take Exit 36 but keep right towards Kranji and follow the sign for Hay Diaries/Sungei Buloh Wetland Sanctuary.
  • Continue to drive along the road until you pass the SAF Armour Camp (Sungei Gedong), and slow down and prepare to turn right into Neo Tiew Road.
  • Head towards lamp post 102.
  • Slow down at the ellow bridge and prepare to turn right at No. 100

You may also take the shuttle bus service:

The Kranji Express (yellow bus) shuttle service departs from the Kranji MRT station (Berth 3) every one and a half hours from 9.00am; last bus leaves the MRT station at 4.30pm. Fares are $2.00 per adult and $1.00 per child (above 12). Admission fee to the farm is included - i,e you don't have to pay the admission fee to the farm.

Fees: Entry fees are $2 per adult, but free for children below 12.
