Learn a healthy meat recipe for your weaning child

What you need:

Small amount (1/2 cup) of chicken, lean beef, veal OR lamb finely chopped or minced

1) Place meat in a saucepan with enough water to cover.

2) Simmer gently until meat is tender, and well cooked.
