The meal begins with individual starters of Carrot Soup spiced with gingerbread and garnished with creme fraiche, chives and candied walnuts. A sharing appetiser of creamy Burrata Cheese is festively dressed with orange, heirloom beetroot, frisee and basil.

The sharing main courses will overflow your platter with an Oven-roasted Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast with herb roulade (300g), which is brined to ensure the breast remains moist; Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon (250g); Grilled Australian Wagyu Striploin with a good marble score of MB5 (300g); and Crab Cake with cucumber radish salad (2 pieces).
