Sustainable brand Bambooloo® announced today the launch of its latest product under its new baby care range. Made of 100% bamboo, 0% plastic, Bambooloo’s WaterBaby Wipes is naturally moisturizing and designed to provide ultimate skin comfort, without compromising on your baby or the planet.
100% Bamboo, 0% Plastic Wipes
Unlike traditional wet wipes on the market that contain environmentally harmful materials such as plastic resins like polyester and polypropylene, Bambooloo’s WaterBaby Wipes are completely biodegradable, and are made of 45gsm 100% bamboo spun lace which gives it its luxuriously soft quality feel against the skin. The wipes are also made with an exclusive water formula, infused with natural plant and fruit extracts.
Free of fragrance, alcohol, and other nasties
In addition to its eco-friendly properties, these wipes are completely safe for frequent use on babies. Its 99% water formula which contains gentle chamomile, grapefruit and lavender extracts are carefully chosen to cleanse, moisturise and protect the baby’s skin.
The bamboo material is naturally antibacterial, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic. These wipes are also free of fragrance, alcohol, parabens, formaldehyde, sulphate and phthalates, ingredients known to irritate a baby’s skin.
Intentionally designed for babies, parents and the planet
Designed to make the experience easy for parents no matter the situation, the wipes come in a handy 15cm x 20cm size and are presented in a stylish, reusable, recyclable center pull-through canister. These canisters are intentionally orange sherbet in color, making it easily visible in low light, allowing for a fuss-free, middle-of-the-night diaper change.
“We are inspired by the increasing number of parents who use baby wipes on a daily basis, but have also expressed concerns about the damage that most regular wet wipes have to our environment.
These insights led us to create the most perfect baby wipes so parents can provide their own perfect care without compromising our planet, said David Ward, Founder and CEO of The Nurturing Co.
“With the Bambooloo WaterBaby wipes, we are heartened to be a part of the solution, by offering parents a sustainable alternative that is safe, natural and reliable; one they can use with peace of mind. This is an exciting journey for us and we are ecstatic to see how we can continue to grow our baby care offerings, while creating a greener future and empowering everyone to have a positive impact on the environment,” said David Ward, Founder and CEO of The Nurturing Co.
Affordably priced, Bambooloo’s WaterBaby Wipes can be purchased on Bambooloo’s website and across all major e-commerce retailers in Singapore, including Amazon, RedMart and Lazada.
This product also joins Bambooloo’s existing bathroom care, kitchen care and personal care ranges, and marks the first product launch since Bambooloo became the first company to be funded under leading global technology brand RazerTM’s USD$50 million Razer Green Fund. This is the first product under the brand’s new baby care range.
