If you don’t already know, Baby Bash is an exclusive event by theAsianparent for mummies and daddies with babies aged 6-12 months where we host a giant playgroup, lucky draws and more!

We kicked off July with our second Baby Bash of 2017, hosted by the lovely folks at Bove Suntec City. This Baby Bash playgroup was bigger than ever with nearly 70 families, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing sponsors!

To start the day, we shook off our sleepiness with a pair of high energy sessions presented by Musical Monkeys. Mummy, daddy and their little one tapped their toes, sang and played along as Eva led everyone through rousing renditions of some of our favourite lullabies.

In the main area, we had three booths running throughout the event with exciting snacks and activities for mummy and daddy to try out.

Nestlé showcased their Gerber Graduate Puffs and taught our parents about their Cerelac instant cereal and Nan infant formula. Gerber has recently introduced two new flavours of Graduate Puffs – Green Veggies and Organic Apple, both of which were big favourites with the littles ones at Baby Bash!

Over at the Bosch table, their team of chefs were whipping up some delicious baby weaning recipes using Bosch’s BPA-free equipment and kitchen tools. All the mummy’s agreed that these blenders would be a huge asset in the kitchen for preparing healthy, all-natural food for their babies.

At another booth, BusyTables was teaching parents how to create sensory bags that will delight their babies. They use household products like spaghetti and shaving cream tossed in a bag with water to create low-cost toys that their little ones can squish to their heart’s content.

After lunch, we converted the Musical Monkeys space into a play area for Play-Doh which we think the mummies and daddies may have enjoyed even more than their little ones!

Throughout the day, we ran a few contests on our theAsianparent Community app with some big-ticket prizes that included a Bosch Vacuum Cleaner and a Nescafe Coffee Machine. The mummies and daddies loved the theAsianparent Community app’s Photobooth feature where we asked them to upload the best pictures of their babies and families. For the contests, we were looking for the cutest baby, the best-dressed family and the most creative use of the in-app stickers. Search #tapbabybashSG in the theAsianparent Community app to see all the adorable entries!

We capped off the day with some amazing Lucky Draw prizes going out to our winners including our prizes of a Nescafe Coffee Machine, cartons of baby diapers and wet wipes not to mention sending all of our new friends home with a goodie bag worth over S$300!
