C-Section is quite common amongst parents in Singapore. While C-sections are necessary due to medical reasons, latest research shows that babies born via c-section may be more prone to infections and allergy.

We understand that as busy parents, you have a lot of questions with regard to c-sections:   How long will it take to recover from a c-section for both mom and baby?  When can the mother start exercising?  How soon is it safe to get pregnant again?  Can nutrition play a role in strengthening baby’s immunity?

Nestlé and theAsianparent have teamed up to help you!

Our Expert Doctor for this week, Dr Beh Suan Tiong, will take questions posted by you regarding C-sections. Your questions will be looked through and answered by Dr Beh Suan Tiong the week after next. The detailed answers will be presented in both video and text formats.
