An Orgasm A Day Keeps Prostate Cancer Away

Men who ejaculate daily are at a lower risk of getting prostate cancer

A recent study shows that men who orgasm every day are less prone to prostate cancer than those who ejaculate regularly.

While the study does not solidly substantiate the link between more orgasms and lower risk of prostate cancer, there have been theories in the past that have supported this.

Men who ejaculated more than 21 times in a month were 22 per cent less susceptible to prostate cancer, the Mirror reports.

However, experts suggest that though the study is compelling enough, it should be interpreted with caution.

The prostate is a gland found in men and is the size of a walnut. Going by the findings of the World Cancer Research Fund International, in 2012,  there were nearly 1.1 million cases of prostate cancer.
