The COVID-19 in Singapore, bringing the total to 130. Most are linked to COVID-19 clusters in Singapore.
It is the highest number of cases reported in a day since the previous high of nine new cases reported on 14 February.
Nine of the new confirmed cases come from the new cluster involving a private dinner function at Safra Jurong. The total number of cases linked to the said cluster is now at 17.
COVID-19 Clusters in Singapore
There are currently six clusters here in Singapore: the Yong Thai Hang health products shop, the Grand Hyatt Singapore, a Seletar Aerospace Heights construction site, the former clusters at Grace Assembly of God and the Life Church and Missions Singapore that are now considered as one cluster, the Wizlearn Technologies cluster and the dinner function at Joy Garden Restaurant in Safra Jurong.
One more COVID-19 case discharged
Separately, one more COVID-19 case has been discharged from hospital. To date, a total of 82 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospital. However, 48 still remain in the hospital, most are stable or improving while nine are in critical condition.
