At just 10-years of age little Ryusei is a total powerhouse, complete with pulsating biceps, a six pack and pecs to rival any fitness fanatic.
In fact, Ryusei is so ripped you would hesitate to get in a fight with the Japanese school boy who has plans to become the next martial arts star.
“I want to be as cool as Bruce Lee,” Ryusei says. “I want to move as fast as him.”
Even Ryusei’s parents are onboard with their son’s ambitions.
Extreme workout plan
“The phrase Bruce Lee used to say ‘don’t think, feel’, I can see that feeling coming out of Ryusei’s face,” his father Ryuji Imai says. “It’s the coolest. I love Bruce Lee and so does Ryusei.”
To maintain his sturdy physique, Ryusei has an extreme workout plan which he adheres to daily which includes one-handed push-ups on his knuckles and intense floor exercises.
At school, his friends are impressed with his muscles.
“In PE class, whenever I change my clothes, my friends say, ‘your muscles are great’,” Ryusei says.
Ryusei has garnered a following of over five hundred thousand on Instagram, including surfing champion Kelly Slater.
“I want him to devote himself to what he loves with an honest heart,” his father told Barcroft TV. “And never give up. As long as he remembers that and enjoys himself.”
