The Public Utilities Board (PUB) has been busy issuing flash flood warnings and advising the public to avoid certain areas due to the torrential rain in Singapore.

Some of the affected locations include Jalan Boon Lay, Tampines Expressway, Upper Paya Lebar Service Road, and the junction of Mountbatten Road and Tanjong Katong Road South.
