If you wear makeup, choose natural brands that not only are toxin free but may have additional vitamins and minerals in them to protect your skin.

Choose a daily moisturiser for your skin that has vitamins and antioxidants in it such as Rosehip oil and Vitamin A, C, E  Apply this on your face especially throughout your air travel.

This will protect your from the radiation and toxins when you fly and also help to keep your skin hydrated.  This protection will help to prevent wrinkles and keep your skin taut.

No matter what skin type you have, make sure to keep the area under your eyes supple and moist at all times. There are many under eye creams on the market, but the most affordable and effective way to do this is to apply a little olive oil under your eyes and to the area on the outer side of your eyes.  

This area is very delicate and tends to show signs of aging quicker than than the rest.  DO NOT use harsh cleanser on your eyes in general or to remove eye makeup.

Drinking quality water helps to replenish the skin and move toxins out through all the eliminatory organs decreasing stress on the skin. Stay away from coffee, alcohol and soda.  These dehydrate the body and in excess leech the very minerals that are beneficial for your skin.
