Celebrate Mother’s Day with Mitzo at Grand Park Orchard

This Mother’s Day, Grand Park Orchard’s Mitzo presents the perfect gift for mums with an elegant and gastronomic dining experience, which promises a contemporary take on Cantonese cuisine.

Special include rosemary roasted pork belly combined with pan-fried “Yuan yang” dumpling seafood with dried scallops, mushrooms and fungus. Followed by a quintessential abalone soup with snow lotus seeds, raisins and chicken.

The mains include cod fish topped with preserved radish in soya sauce accompanied with tea smoked pork with bonito, followed by a perfectly braised sea cucumber, top shell, roasted pork with seasonal greens.
