Maid Scandal Case 1: Mrs Calista Hendricks, 49. Business Consultant

When Mrs Calista Hendricks accidentally stumbled upon her maid’s secret photos through Facebook, both she and her husband were absolutely outraged. And they certainly had good reason to be angry…

Her maid was wearing Mrs Hendricks’ nightie without her permission and posing in a sexually suggestive manner with her legs spread apart and blowing kisses at the camera on Mrs Hedricks’ bed. The nightie was given to Mrs Hendricks by her husband, 56-year old marketing director Roy Hendricks.

The maid made a dig at Mrs Hendricks as the photo caption read ‘I think I am sexier than my boss, yes?’ The photo has reportedly acquired 96 likes!

The photo was posted online at 1pm and the maid was supposed to be taking care of the couple’s 7-month old baby during that time instead of taking provocative photos in the bedroom.

When confronted, the maid lied which infuriated the couple even more. As Mr Hendricks explains, “I think that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Bad enough you broke the rule, then you had to lie about it?”

Unsurprisingly, the couple sent the maid back to the employment agency after finding out about the scandal.

Madam Chiam was shocked when she discovered her maid’s secret photos on the maid’s Facebook account. In most of the photos, the maid is wearing only shorts and Madam Chiam’s bras.

Madam Chiam states, “She had 700 friends – that’s a lot for someone who had been in Singapore for only nine months. Of these friends, nearly 90 per cent of them were men. “We sent her packing. There was no way I’d risk her getting pregnant.”
