Inspire Mum & Baby, a pioneer in holistic wellness services for women and children, marks 18 years of dedicated care with the opening of its brand-new flagship centre located within the iconic heritage National Aerated Water Building in Bendemeer. The launch ushers in an exciting new chapter for the beloved centre, which has supported over 10,000 families across Singapore since its founding in 2007.
The flagship Bendemeer centre was designed to feel like a quiet retreat in the city: surrounded by greenery, fully wheelchair-accessible, and thoughtfully laid out with a therapy room, a cosy studio, a breastfeeding consultation room, and an indoor heated salt-chlorinated pool.
Founded by Linda Tan, a former media executive turned wellness trailblazer, Inspire Mum & Baby has grown into Singapore’s only all-in-one wellness centre offering integrated services in prenatal fitness, birth education, postnatal recovery, baby swimming, aqua therapy, and women’s therapy — all under one roof. With this expansion, the centre now operates two locations to better serve families islandwide.
“We’ve held back from expanding to protect the heart of what we do,” says Linda. “But this space felt right — the location, the energy, and the opportunity to serve more families while staying true to our mission: to make birth, health, and learning positively memorable.”
