This National Day, Edge will be presenting traditional dishes in a new light with their Heritage Dinner buffet. From 4-9 August, items like otak otak fried rice, white salmon tandoori will be making an appearance alongside perennial favourites like Singapore chilli crab (with deep-fried mantous of course), Nyonya king prawn laksa and the signature nandu crab biryani.
